Grippin' Double Edge Billet Door Handles

I have a pair of brand new in the box Grippin' double-edge billet door handles that fit 99-06 Chevy/GMC Trucks & SUV's. The full replacement handles and the best that money can buy. I paid originally $159 for them but ended up going a different way with the truck so am just looking to sell them now to get some money back. Asking $120 SHIPPED for the brand new set. do these have key holes? are they painted? I have a crew cab and need 3 without key holes and 1 with the hole.

Its for just the solid billet handles not the buckets. But I have 4 handles, two that have been used for two weeks and two that are brand spankin new.
