Just thought I'd offer this tidbit of valuble info for anyone considering a swap or purchase...
The floorpans and 2nd row seat tracks are completely different between 99-up Tahoes and Suburbans.

The tracks on the Suburban are flat and bolt to the floor flat.

The Tahoe tracks are raised several inches in the rear to accomodate the raised/shortened floor pan.

Yesterday, myself and another forum member were going to swap 2nd row bench / buckets... and luckily found this out before removing the seats. We both have 2001 trucks, same interior combo and everything. He has a Tahoe with a 2nd row bench and I have a Suburban with 2nd row buckets. It would have been the perfect swap and been beneficial to both of us.
Unfortunately, it wasn't going to work. We both learned something new and I thought I'd pass the info on to help prevent another member here from making the same mistake.

At least you figured it out. I sold a set of quads to a guy in Canada. Sold em shipped em and when he got em well he was nto happy. I told him they would only fit a Suburban or YUKON XL(like extended) he thought LT. To the make a story short he shipped em back and lost 450$. Costly mistake.
