Yes, it's a polyurethane spacer that sits on top of the coil to lift it 2.5"

No they will only fit 88-06 2wd trucks with coil spring front suspension.

What kind of condition is the OBS hood in?
It's the original hood off my 91'. The clear is peeling, and there are a couple of minor dents in it, otherwise in great condion. I'm swapping it out with a cowl hood.

Yeah, there was a chunk taken out of it, but I have that too, wouldn't be that bad to fix, I can drop the price to $25 if your interested.
