steering wheel air bag removal

I have a 99 express van and the horn isn't working I'm positive its something in the steering wheel because sometimes if I tilt it it works. So how do I get to the switch ?

Not for sure on the type of steering wheel but if its like the nbs trucks you have to pull the air bag,there are 2 openings on the backside of the steering wheel you will have to use a flat tip screwdriver to realease the pins and the bag will come off

on the underside of the steerin wheel, you should be able to see screws or bolts, those hold the air bag, undo those and the air bag will come out, be sure to disconnect the battery about 10 minutes before diconnecting the airbag.
