Do you have to take off the door panels to take the speakers out?

I have one speaker that works in my truck, and I bought some 6.5" Infinity's to put in the doors, but do I need to take the panels off or do the speaker grills pop off? I tried prying the grills off but I'm afraid I'm going to bust them.

yup door panels need to come off...and the infinity sound GREAT, thats wut i got in my truck
