Just bought some decent Goodyear floor mats.. only problem is they slide around like crazy, and I don't need to get in an accident because they slid up behind my brake pedal or something. Is there any type of anchor I can pin them to the carpet with or adhesive I can use to keep them in place? Thanks..

How about some of that velcro that comes with the adhesive on the back of it already. Use the side that sticks to the carpet and stick it to the back of the mat. Throw the other half out.

i had some new factory floor mats that i took from my dad's 02 after it was totaled that i put in my 92. The rubber floor didn't like them very much because the mat would always slide up over the gas pedal and hold it open. Stuck throttle going through a small parking lot is some scarry ****. Especially when your heading for cars. I freaked and turned that bitch off right away. You can probably put some staples through the mat into the floor.

I got mine from an old Mercedes. One end has a locking clip and the other a hook that pierces the carpet. Been there for years. Most Mercs have them.

I bought the Husky molded mats with lips that come up to prevent any liquid from running onto the carpet. They fit perfectly to the floor, and prevent my new carpet from getting anything on it.

pricy though....I paid well over $100, but got the center hump mat too.

i tryed 3m velcro, and the heat inside the truck kept melting the glue on the velcro.
