View Full Version : what offset to tuck Robbin'thabanks 11-20-2007, 01:13 AM I have 22's now but they stick out an inch in the front. When i get new rims what offset do i need to get to tuck a 22x9.5 on my 94 k1500? tahoehtp 11-20-2007, 03:11 PM it sticks out because of the way arm is setup on the 4wd. if it passes 0" (as arms are flat) it starts to tuck in. Iuse 20x8.5 with +15mm and that tucks fine. and I think +38mm or something should look nicer. Robbin'thabanks 11-20-2007, 03:53 PM I have +14 22x9.5. I dont really know about offsets yet, ive read about it but dont remember. So +38 would tuck more then? thanks tahoehtp 11-21-2007, 06:46 AM yeah your case positive off set will bring rim further in. I tihnk when I calculated +38 or so would tuck. Robbin'thabanks 11-21-2007, 10:23 PM I think i might get some same size but +40 thanks for the help vBulletin v3.5.1, Copyright ©2000-2008, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
