:fsc: I will have to take new pics...weather permitting. I got a couple here....The hood is still blue but will install the original hood with the sale of the truck. I included a shot of someone else's 6-speed converted  454SS truck so you guys can see what it would look like if someone were to buy my parts I got in the "parts for sale" section..:rocking:

That truck looks good. Get some pics more pics and im sure there will be some itnerest. Looks real clean. I like that idea of the 6 speed sway as well. I wonder how it would be in a 454. Something to think about later on down the road. Good luck on the sale.

I know huh? Dodge has the SRT-10 with the 6-speed and this truck would be comparable in power provided the big block is built for more power add some 4:10 gears and go!

I saw something else I want and it won't be for sale after this month is over so I may end up keeping my truck after all. Then after I complete the swap I'll keep it unless I get some juicy offer for it. I'll make it my new year's resolution to get'er done next year. Then I'll post some pics and all.

oh gotcha. Yeah i almost decided to sell mine then i rethought it and decided to keep it. I dont know what i was thinking. I love those ss' . They are nice and hard to come by a clean one. Let us know what happens and id like to see a t56 sway for sure. That would be a sick swap. Id like to do that in my truck but i dont know how to do it and dont have the money to support it.

An F-body T-56 would be simpler for a chevy truck. It's almost a bolt on deal except you have to get driveshaft made to fit(shorter) and then get the pedal assy if you don't already have it in your truck...I read that the original x-member can be used if you redrill the frame in the corrected position. Our trucks already come with most stuff needed for a manual trans and you got all that room under the floorpans eliminating any cutting and hammering. The only other part needed would be a VSS adapter so that you can read your MPH correctly. You might be able to get it all together for under 2grand if you do most of the work yourself, in my opinion. Income tax is just around the corner. Hehehe.

I have put the stock hood back on it. That scoop was an attempt to be different from the rest. I did change the fuel regulator to aftermarket adjustable one. I will take some more photos this weekend when I clean it up a bit and post them in my photobucket account. Also, I added a tach which you might be able to see in the ashtray. No other mods to my knowledge. The truck now reads around 75,500 miles on the odometer and I am its 3rd owner according to the previous owner who told me he got it from his dad. Feel free to look up NADA values and you will see it is considerably more than what I am asking. I just noticed how the truck went up in value another $300 from last year's NADA.:rocking:

If you read the original post, I was asking $7500 for it a couple of months ago...I changed that to $6500 today when my post got bumped to the top. If you are interested, throw me an offer you can live with. You never know. I know most people want to buy low and sell high so don't be shy.
