so I finally got around to installing my mini overhead console. But I goofed up and cut a little too far forward, so now the console doesnt quite cover up my cuts. Its not too bad but i could use some ideas on what to do to cover them up completely.
thanks guyshttp://i207.photobucket.com/albums/bb151/pushmonkey4/Picture.jpg

Get a full console IMO. Is there any way to slide it back just a little?

Take the piece down, and trace it onto a piece of the thick craft cardboard, like an 1/8" thick, then add however much room you need to cover up the hole, then wrap it in matching vinyl, and viola, done, that is if theres enough room for an 1/8 piece, I imagine the headliner will squish out of the way enough.

you have a pic with the console removed? dropped my headliner to do some soundproofing and add the overhead. want to get it as close as possible. also what did you use to mount the screw into the roof. i see where a screw plate is pose to be.
