Installed tilt column, now no horn

I got a tilt steering unit from the junk yard to replace my standard column. Everything seemed good, but the horn doesn't work. Did I miss a connection somewhere or is there a wire that could be disconnected/cut inside the column?

Did it have a steering wheel, or did you swap yours?

I swapped mine...the horn wire is there and it lines up with the new column. The bolts are loose on the tilt column like normal so I'm going to try to open it up this weekend to fix that and check any wiring while I'm in there.
