Picture of Jack & Tool Pouch

My new to me truck didn't come with a jack or the tool pouch. I found some at the junk yard and on ebay, but they really seem to vary. Can anyone snap a couple of pics of what they should look like. I have seen some with red, yellow, & orange knobs on the jacks and a few different numbers right above them (10 & 20). The junk yards also have a few different tool pouches so I want to make sure I get the right one. Of course they can't leave them in the trucks, they have to take them out and then throw them into a big pile :whatever:

My truck is a 2000 1500 extended cab.
