Power seat?

I have a 1996 GMC Sierra with a power drivers seat. It makes a grinding sound when I try to move it foward or backwards. Does any one know where I can get the parts to fix this? I also need the rail that the seat mounts too because one of the tabs broke. Hope that makes since.

Mine sort of squeaks, maybe if it was worse it could be called a grind. Anyway its dirt in the tracks, but i dont know the best way to clean besides take them off, but make sure you grease em back up if you take em off.

I don't think mine is caused by dirt. It sounds really bad.
