Bob T 04-29-2008, 04:14 PM Extended cab or crew? Why do you want to do this? xAustin 04-29-2008, 04:17 PM extended cab. doing it to fit a bigger sub box under there Bob T 04-29-2008, 04:47 PM I have had the back seat out, but did not raise it. Be aware that the back part of the seat is fastened to the back of the cab by some tabs that slide in when you lower the seat in place. You will probably have to figure some way to hold the seat back up. Other than that, it bolts to the floor; I think some kind of spacer and longer bolts might do it for you. xAustin 04-29-2008, 05:11 PM hmmm forgot about them tabs... sundeb 05-01-2008, 04:19 PM you can buy a kit to make the sseat higher xAustin 05-01-2008, 05:27 PM do you know where these kits are? are they relatively cheap?
