lifting the back seat

I have had the back seat out, but did not raise it. Be aware that the back part of the seat is fastened to the back of the cab by some tabs that slide in when you lower the seat in place. You will probably have to figure some way to hold the seat back up. Other than that, it bolts to the floor; I think some kind of spacer and longer bolts might do it for you.

You can lift it I believe 1.75 inches before you have to extend the tabs.

a friend of mine used hockey pucks! Drilled holes in them and they seemd to work pretty nice actually.
