Sorry for the stupid question but I cannot figure out how to get it off.

Found this on a different site..
Hope it helps someone else out.
The panel that goes around the the radio, A/C controls and power ports is held in by clips and snaps out.
Take a plastic trim remover (best buy) or a hooked pick (snap on makes them) and put it between the trim and dash at the lower drivers side corner.
Pull or pry out until the clip un-snaps (I put a piece of tape or cardboard on the dash if prying to keep from scratching the dash). It feels like you are going to break the trim piece because it is tight. Just be careful and you will be fine.
Work your way up the drivers side across the top then down the passenger side to the bottom.
Once you have the trim off, the radio, A/C controls and power ports are held in by bolts.
