I posted this on craigslist as well, so I copied what I posted there. There are a few things I explained there, that will be obvious to someone that knows stuff about fullsize trucks, so just ignore that.

This truck is not a wild custom that can't be driven on the road, however it is pretty far from stock. It has 128,XXX miles on it right now. This is what the truck has:

*Victory Red paint 8/10
*Ext Cab with 4 doors (not crew cab)
*6ft bed with GM bed liner
*5.3 v8 with 4l60e auto transmission w/tow mode
*Towing package
*Power windows, locks, and mirrors
*Cruise Control
*CD Player (Factory)
*New Inner tie rod end
*New Bendix brakes all around
*Average 20mpg on the highway

Now I'll list the things I have done to the truck.

*Lowered 4/6 (Mcgaughy Parts) by Midwest Images near St louis (New Baden)($1500)
*"Big Mouth" grille (Have stock one)
*Hellwig Sway Bar added in rear with poly bushings $(300)
*Poly bushings added to front sway bar
*K&N filter
*Flowmaster 40 dumped before the axle
*Custom Tuned by Wait4Me Performance (tuned for 91+ octane, but can be retuned)
*Silverstar low beams, hyper white high beams
*Clear Tail lights and turn signals
*Air shocks for towing purposes

It has been a wonderful truck to me, but I'm wanting to go with 4wd drive now. I meticulously change the oil with Mobil 1 full synthetic every 3000 miles, The transmission was flushed about 10,000 miles ago. The fuel pump was changed at 70,000 miles as well as the sending unit. The ABS module is acting up on the truck. It by no means adversely effects the brakes, but the abs light is on. This is a wide spread and noted problem on these 99-02 trucks. Search "silverado abs module" on ebay and you'll find a gentleman that fixes them for 150 bucks vs 1200 bucks for a factory replacement. The upper ball joint needs to be replaced pretty soon on the right side. The tires are ok on the truck, but honestly need to be replaced fairly soon, not because they are too worn, just because they are pretty poor tires. I haven't liked them since the day I put them on. The only thing that is "broke" on the truck, is the middle console lid, another problem with GM's fullsize trucks as a whole. I have a wheelchair lift in the bed and handcontrols are installed since I'm paralyed from the waist down. Both of these are removable. The driver seat has been professionally modified to accomodate my wheelchair cushion, but that will be put back to stock. So if you come look at the truck, don't let the big hole in the seat scare ya. ;) The truck is customed tuned with several different variables that makes the truck very fun to drive. I'm not going to lie and say I don't get on it every now and then, but this truck is my baby and I treat it very good. Give me a call or email if you're interested. Asking $10,000 I'm Rob 618 334 7751
