gauging interest - 37" toyo MT

Gas is getting to be to damn expensive for me so i've been thinking about downsizing my truck. I have an almost brand new set of 37x13.50r17 Toyo Open County Mt's right now. They are mounted on a set of 17x9 Helo Black Maxx 6 wheels. I'm thinking about buying a set of 315/75/16 all terrain tires and putting them on my stock wheels, or maybe buying a cheap set of 16x8s. Or I was looking at 315/70/17 to mount on my Helos.

I'd be looking to get $1000 for the tires. They have about 3-4000 miles on them. Or sell them complete with the wheels for $1200. I paid $1800 for them brand new. Would anyone be interested?

sorry guys, i decided to keep the 37's. after looking into it a little more, it seems that my gas mileage wouldn't go up enough to make a significant difference to switch to 35's. i'm just gonna run my 37's until they wear out.
