What is everyone using for headliner glue? I am not too thrilled to use anything out of an aerosol can, is there a Glue I can put down? I just inherited like 10 yards of headliner like material from work.

Low88 06-30-2008, 04:58 PM thanks.. thats the stuff I just bought.. got lucky i guess. Im gonna do a small piece first to make sure it doesnt melt the foam, than its a go. I have enough to mess it up 3 times though, so im not too concerned. Low88 07-01-2008, 07:59 PM got it done.. best $10 headliner ever.. I got a wrinkle in it, but i can't complain for $10. Im gonna try to get it out with a little heat hca 07-02-2008, 12:22 AM got it done.. best $10 headliner ever.. I got a wrinkle in it, but i can't complain for $10. Im gonna try to get it out with a little heat hey what color can are you guys using?? green can or red? i forget which one i used before, but i wasnt happy with it and ended up finding out i didnt let it tack up long enough. i always wanted to be able to buy the stuff upholstery shops use but here in san diego i can only get by the gallon Low88 07-03-2008, 05:35 AM I used the red... tacking is key.. I let it sit for 15 minutes then went out and put it in place. It shouldn't be going anywhere now, its pretty tough stuff. vBulletin® v3.8.2, Copyright ©2000-2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
