95 gmc yukon 2 door, front passanger seat. the sliding mechanism seems to be jamming now for some reason. before when you would pull the lever to slide the seat foreward, for people to climb into the back seat area, the seat would slide foreward far enough to put the headrest about 2" away from the windshield. now, the headrest barely even gets to the front of the dash. any ideas? mechanism feels like its hitting the front end of the seat adjustment rack but not enguaging the rest of it. :dunno:

pretty sure its gotta be linkage somewhere, slides easily just not all the way like its supposed to.

Mine had a the piece that is attached to lever that locks the seat in place jammed to one side. I had to pull on the lever and fiddle with stuff under there to get it to break loose and now it works again.
