Passenger side bucket swap to drivers side?

1999 OBS Tahoe with heated leather seats. Drivers side heating element is shot, but the passenger side is still working.

Instead of paying the $800 to fix the drivers side element I'm hoping I can just swap out the seat bottoms, not the whole seat. Plus the outside of the drivers seat is starting to wear.

I know all the electronic controls will be on the inside, which I'm not to worried about. My main concern is if it'll even bolt up or if the bottoms are totally opposite. What do you guys think?

Maybe try to swap the heating elements out from each seat and get a new bottom leather seat cover off ebay.

Is there a part number for the bottom seat cover?

Unless I can pull the bottom seat cover off without damaging anything?

From what I understood you had to cut out the leather to fix the heating element, which i obviously dont what to do.
