Sinking seat in a 91. Any ideas?

My 1991 seat sinks in the middle. It is a 60/40 seat. The upholestry is in nice shape. So I rather not toss it. Is there a seat pan on this style? The bottom just looks like foam. It moves back and forth alright just sinks? Has anyone encountered this

Mine has it in the driver's seat (mine's full bench). I like it, it's a decent ass groove that keeps me in place.

you might have to get some new foam for it. my dads truck had that problem, and we took it to a shop and i guess thats all they did was put new foam in it? But it was a night and day difference when they were done.
