When I got in the tuck this morning and went to crank it, I noticed that it was a little sluggish. It had been sitting all weekend and it was cold over the weekend so I figured that it may have been the battery just being cold. I also noticed that it didn't take much for me to feel the heat on my back. When I went to come home this evening, it was the same sluggish start (this battery is only about 6 mos old by the way and it's a 1000 CCA battery so it shouldn't have a problem). And I noticed that the seat was already warm to the touch. On the way home it was HOT!! It's not that cold this evening and it was like it was stuck on HI, but I cycled therough the Lo and Hi to make sure it was off. No lights, but still had the heat coming. I looked for the relay, but cannot locate it. This is a 2002 Silverado 1500HD Any ideas? Thanks!

One more thing to add. The seat is hot/warm even if the lights are on or off at the switch and even when the truck is off and the keys are out. Does anyone know off hand which plug I can unplug under the seat? Maybe a relay is stuck closed. Where is the relay?

there should only be 2 connections under the seat, one for the heat one for the power seat stuff. isnt hard to disconnect 1 and test it - wont hurt anything

I've done that but I still need to find out where the relay and/or fuse is so I can make sure everything is working. I'm thinking that the relay is stuck closed. I'm spoiled by the heated seats and I use them when it's cold. I want to fix it instead of just disconnecting it.

Thanks,
