This was one of the fenders for my old project truck a few years ago and it just stayed in the shop. The baremetal around the holes is there simply b/c I was going to weld up the holes and then prime the whole fender...I dont remember why I started sanding the front of the fender though:lol:
Nothing wrong with it(No dents or dings), it has a couple small places of surface rust that I will sand off prior to the buyer picking it up. The front of the fender will be fully primed for the buyer so you wont have to worry about rust.
