The one that is painted primer just had the primer sprayed over everything, it wasn't wire wheeled or sandblasted.

whoa are these the old style ones that measure out wider then 8 inches? like there advertised as 15x8 but come out a little over 9? if so ill buy these right now can you measure end to end for me
