03+ Power Mirrors

I have a set of 03+ mirrors. They are power and i think they may be heated but I'm not 100% sure. They are in great condition and were only used for a few months while mine were getting painted. I started to smooth and paint one of the mirror caps but it's hardly noticeable (see pic). $150 shipped
