i have an '05 crew cab silverado that has the gay cloth bucket seats with the flip down console in the middle.
i want to have the nice leather buckets that have the seperate console in the middle that goes all the way up to the dash.
if i got those seats/console would everything bolt right up?

i want to do it to the rear too, but i know the rears will bolt up

the seats should bolt right up. There might be a few extra mounting points for the full center console; plus you'd need the bottom panel that connects the center console to the dash. Also how is your ducts ran to the rear? The full center console has ducts built into it to blow air to the rear passengers. Those are the only problems I can see you running into. I've been wanting to do the opposite swap to what you are wanting....get rid of my bucket seats w/ full center console and go to the center jumpseat w/fold down armrest.

you'll also get the rear audio crap setup for the rear seat headphones if the new seats come out of a crew cab...useless option, but that also includes the BOSE sub. You also will probably have heated seats then, which came with buttons on the doors for the controls...could possibly be a lot of wiring to make all that work correctly.

If you have all the a parts it should bolt right up. I have those seats in my truck, but in cloth. I had to order it that way because I didn't want the seats you have now, but I didn't want to spend the extra $2000 for the LT.

the ducts are behind the rear seat and i think theres one under the front seats, im taking out the ducts behind the seat along with the jack and everything else to make room for a sub box back there, and as far as the ducts in the console i probably wont mess with them, might end up fiber glassing something to cover those and the stock rear radio thing because neither will be used. the seats ive been looking at come with the full console, the piece that butts up to the dash, and the seats. i just wanted to make sure they would bolt up.

as far as the heated seats go, i might not even wire that part up, or if i do ill figure out a way to use a switch instead of the door switches.

Depending on what year the seats are that you get you may have to swap the electronics out of your 05 seats into the other seats.

I put 99 leather seats in my truck and had to do a complete electronic swap and seat belt swap.

Have a nice day.
