My last chevy, a '95 cheyenne, had no carpet, it was just straight rubber flooring and it was awesome. I have a new '08 fully carpeted and im in my truck constantly with work boots and im looking to get that rubber matting again. Normal floor mats aint cuttin it and i want the carpet completely stripped out and replaced with that rubber. Anyone know where to get that from? I looked around online and couldn't really find anything. Also how hard do you think it would be to tear it all our and replace, or if you think its a waste of time and have a better idea. Thanks for the responses in advance. Hope everyone had a good holiday season.

I called a junk yard to see if they had and rubber floors for my 05 and they didn't seem to have anything off hand. I also found them in LMC Truck but they were very expensive (~$400 IIRC) and I'm too cheap for that.

I bought the factory rubber mat (replaces the carpeting) for my 2000 extended cab from the dealer for $250. It's molded and fits perfect.

I checked there for mine and it was $168 but $35 S&H so $200. I think mine was right at $230 out the door.

GMPD S&H is unbelievable. I ordered it from the dealer and got it in one day from Reno. GMPD can sometimes take forever (which is a long time! ;) )
