I have 3 different sets of 4 painted door handles for '07-'09 GM Crew Cab trucks and SUVs. I have 2 sets of Onyx Black painted door handles and 1 set of Deep Ruby Metallic painted door handles. These were taken off with less than 100 miles on my '08 dually, '08 2500HD, and my dad's 08 2500HD. I just removed them to install a set of chrome door handles on each of the trucks.
