Converting obs to nbs steering wheel

I would like to put a newer trucks steering wheel in mine, and from what I have read is that a steering column would be in store for me, but I would like to know if thats true, or if there is maybe an adapter or another way to get a newer steering wheel.

Since he didn't tell us; from his sig I can see it's at least a '95 (note the dash profile.) :D

I don't think many people here have bothered, so might not get a lot of positive replies, but what year wheel are you after? That would help.
