In my 2006 ex cab Sierra I took out the back seat a couple months ago and now I want to put it back in. I'm having a problem with the seat belt tensioner thing not letting out any slack. I took the plastic cover off and I can see a couple other transparent covers that cover the guts and they said don't remove so I left them alone. This thing can't be worn out as it was never used. I must be missing something here. Has anyone else had problems with these things?
