I had a local shop try to put my CB into my front center console. He did a horrible job and I did not pay him for any work he did. I am now left with a torn up center console. I have a good idea of what I want to do with what I have. I would like to put the CB in the top part where the cassette player used to be. Four switches below and a speaker for CB to the right. Any idea of best way to do this? Here is a picture of what I have now

I have thought about fiber glass and all that just don't have the capability to do so with my knowledge. Thanks

you have to host on a website like photobucket.com or another hosting site. At least that's the easiest way.

using a file works GREAT on making the edges look good

A dremel and taking a little more time could have netted cleaner, straighter cuts. You may be able to clean that up with a file and make it look OK.

Get some fiberglass and make a mold of the cut up trim and then adjust it to what you want.

Z71Chevy97 has the right idea, but undercutting that, and then using a heatgun and a wood block and dowel rod to re-roll the edges would've yielded an OEM hole.
