I bought two amber light up duckbill switches to replace two other aftermarket switches in my truck. They say that they light up when in the on position. My old toggle has two points on the back for the two wires leading to my cablights, so its a simple plug and go. This has three, labled: "supply volts", "ON ACC.", and "earth ground". I moved the two wires around the three in all sorts of ways, and the closest I could get was the cablights to come on when the toggle was off, and cablights off when toggle was on (lit up). Am i supposed to have a third connection? And where should everything plug in?

-you need a constant 12v to go to the supply volts, you should already have this
-you need a wire to the accesory you want to power, should already have this too
-and you need a ground wire, this is a new wire you need
