the kit comes with 2 bulbs, 2 ballasts, 2 ballast brackets, the wiring for your stock wiring to the ballasts, some screws and some zip ties.

if its for the truck in your picture, then no it would not eliminate your high beams

9006 is the low beams on like 88-07 classic trucks....IIRC

And for ppl looking to buy, i just installed these using stock housings last night, and will soon be going into some projectors they are bright as hell! Good mod
