Yeah it is supposed to. Mine didn't when I bought it, but then I took it apart and found all the bulbs were burnt out! I went to the dealer and picked up a new set, installed them, and it lights up now. Its green in color...going to try and fix that over spring break...

I dunno if it's possible to change the lights in them. If not and you go to the dealer and need a new control unit, it's gonna run you around $140!

I know you can. I did it. All you do is remove it from the dash, then take it apart (philips screws I think). On one of the circuit boards all the lights are twisted in. All you do is twist the old one by the base, pull it out, and put in a new one, same way. Then put it back togetehr and you are done. I'd do a tech article on it, but I dont have any that are burnt out right now.

 Cool. Mine just plain went bad on me, that's how I know how much the dealer wants on one. Needless to say, I called up Cromer and got mine for half that! :rocking:

I dont let the dealer do any work on my truck unless they absalutly have to and that is of course I cant wich in this case I think I can handle it. That is alot more then I thought:eek: I'll try replacing the bulbs first though.
Thanks for the info
