Painting Interior

Does anyone have any advice on painting my interior pieces on my '87 Silverado? The door panels are looking a little faded, and I thought I could paint them instead of buying replacement ones (around $160 for the pair).

All you need is some sand paper, and 3 rattle cans: primer, whatever color you want, and clear. I say go for it if you have the patience to sand the pieces down smooth, but it'd be a good way to save the $.

i just pulled the bottom portion of my dash apart, im planning to have my whole interior done...just dont know which color, probably black:crazy: :D
