Hi, do anyone here have a 94 blazer fullsize. I tried taking out my door panel with no success. I poped all the outer taps out, but somewhere in the middle is still holding on. Is it the chrome handle part or what else I need to take off excactly?
And also, when I row down my window, the window grips the black weatherstrip and it row down slow. how to fix it? do I glue my weatherstrip tighter to the door's metal?
thanks

First you need to take the screw out of the armrest, its a phillips head.
Then, carefully using a flathead screwdriver pry off the plastic surrounding the door handles and door lock. Its not too hard, just be careful or it'll crack.
Then, on the backside of the door lock button, push the little black things so they unclip and pull out the button. The wiring connector then unclips from the back of hte door panel.
The window switches kind of hinge out of the door panel, and there isn't really an easy way to disconnect them so I just let them hang.
Once you get the plastic parts off (the armrest stays), pop all the plastic connectors around the door out, and it should be loose. (mine was). Then just carefuly lift the door panel up and it should unclip from the sheet metal.
(I did this last night :D )
I dunno what to do about the weatherstrip, maybe put some silicone spray on it or something so that it slides past the window easier.
Any questions, just ask, I have NOTHING to do tonite...

:D thanks alot for help Whifflebat, that was excactly what I was looking for. I am going to try taking it off tomorrow. And also my weatherstrip is actually loose on the back corner, the window would pull it down a little when I roll it down. I could see it seperate from the metal. And when the window goes back up it push it back up. My guess is that it need to be glue back to metal, so it won't get pull down.
But I would check the window's rail tomorrow when I take door panel out.
And one more thing, on the back of the panel, near the middle, the plastic flat insert things that sticks out, suppose to goes into the metal of the door. Is there suppose to have little hook that lock it in. Cause my panel feel loose when I closes my door, also I already changed all the outside tabs. And sure feels like the plastic bezel part.
thanks alot..

Yeah, there are some little metal clips on there, some might have fallen into the door or something, or, the plastic might have just broken off. :(

Right on for you help, Whffilebat, thanks alot. I was planing to go junkyard tomorrow, to check out if there is any for my blazer. Then go home and check out how bad the panel is, but I am sure going to fix the problem, and make everything in the blazer mint.
thanks again for help..
