The inside of the gauge cluster cover has some white stuff (Dunno what it is, Possibly just dirty water or something) on the inside.

Can the cluster face be removed without taking out the whole gauge cluster?

What pieces of the dash have to be removed?

Are there any tricks I should be aware of when you disasemble the dash?

Also, Are the bottom pieces under the colum near (Between the fuse panel cover and the ashtray) susposed to fit loosely? I can wiggle those pieces alot.

Thanks.

Yeah, there are four screws, one at each corner of the big panel thing, then once you get that off (I usually just put the key in with the truck in "run", but not running, move the shifter all the way to first gear, and then wiggle the whole big plastic thing over to the left so that its hanging by the headlight switch wires. Then once you are inside there you should be able to see what to remove to get the plastic off the guages.

YEah, they're all wiggly, cheap plastic construction. Might be able to help it with some double sided 3m tape tho, i dunno.
