View Full Version : what would fit? ur2hi 09-07-2003, 08:48 PM what buckets would bolt right in an extended cab 94 1500? would tahoe buckets work? how about any from a car? thanks DjLunchbox 09-09-2003, 07:51 PM in my 94 reg cab, i just bought stock buckets from a blazer. i had to drill 2 holes per side, but it was cake to install them. if you are going from a bench to buckets like i did, i think that you'll have to drill no matter what. any bucket seat can be made to work. i'm actually going to be selling mine in a few weeks. if you're intrested, hit me with a pm. jeremy ur2hi 09-10-2003, 03:20 AM thanks for the help. i really want something that will bolt right in. i have buckets now but i need new ones. someone has to know the answer to this 1badgmc 09-10-2003, 09:51 AM Anything will work after you build brackets. No matter what you get you're going to need holes drilled for the inner mounts. VT4X4 09-10-2003, 10:25 PM Sounds like he already has buckets, he's just looking for a replacment that will bolt right up... Tahoe/suburban or any 1500 series pickup '88 - '97 SHOULD bolt right in to a '94 with buckets already. Don't all the models in the 1500 range use the same basic brackets??? From a strictly bolt-in standpoint, no seats from any car will bolt "right in". I took the stock brackets that the factory seats use, and welded the heat rails of the car seats I used to the brackets. Height and alignment is perfect, but it's not *exactly* "bolt right in". ur2hi 09-11-2003, 01:00 AM Originally posted by VT4X4 Sounds like he already has buckets, he's just looking for a replacment that will bolt right up...
