Went to joans and got some new fabric upholstry to recover the headliner. I should have it finished by tommorow I think it looks awesome. what do yall think of these ive seen it a couple times in truckin magazine. but never in real life im hopin ill be the only one around katy that has it done.:head:

Nice, I've had my flamed headliner for a few years now, I'm about to redo it in vinyl though, should come out real good.

I've been thinking about doing the same thing. Just use the same design on each side of the over head console.

I did a tribal design I found on a tatoo flash website about 6 years ago...it's finally starting to loose it's shape.

are you asking me? or someone else?
it was easy..found the design I liked...enlarged in the paint program to the rough size of my headliner and printed it out...some programs allow you to do it. It prints on multiple pages and was a ***** to keep track of. I sprayed some super 77 on the paper and stuck them to some 1/4" closed cell foam. then I cut it out with a razor blade.
after that I used the spray stuff and attached the foam design to the headliner board. I sprayed the material...in my case...tweed...and the board so that they would hold...start in the middle and press it down around the design stretching it as you go.

So are you saying your flames are cardboard, and not foam?
