well im looken for the info to tell what my truck realy is but i click on your link and it just opens a blank page and nothing will load :(
im thinking about running a carfax report and seeing what that tells me what my truck is. all my letered model badges where removed already and i think it might have been wrecked and fixed. but i have no way to know if its a realy silverado or not.
you think a dealership could run my vin number to see what model and options my truck has?

mainly im trying to find the paint code but i look at the numbers on the glove box and look at the paint code book at pep boys and thier no such number! close but the last number is different.

Depending upon how your electronic brain is set up........ some folks have to do the right click routine and select "save as" in order to view .pdf files.

You still need the free viewer available from Adobe.

After downloading the info and if thou hast the Adobe reader ye should be able to either single or double click the download to have it pert' near magically unfold before thine eyes and reveal the wondrous contents.

Many folks who surf with active scripting and Active X turned off (safe surfing requires it) have to download .pdf files in order to view them.

well i give up i save taget as it opens acrob whatever and comes up with error still :(

According to your list, I am supposed to have a 400hp 409ci V8(L31) in my 97 Tahoe. Could your list be wrong or did they mess up on my RPO codes? I know I have a "R" code engine from looking at the VIN, and it is a 350 MPI. I thought it would be L96 on the list.

was the truck made in canada.LOL
seems like almost all my codes where off!!!!!!!!!!! color and interior color and who knows what else!!!!!!!!!!!
