If you have the 40/20/40 seats you have to take both seats out (8 bolts) then it lifts right out.

What exactly do you need help with? What are you doing to your truck that you need to remove the center console?

Just remove the four bolts on each seat, take out the seats, the center console should lift right out. If you're daring like me you'll remove the the 2 bolts on each seat that are on both sides of the console and sort of rock the seats to the side and ease out the console.

sorry, you guys are a little off, I looked at it extesively, and found that at the bottom of the console under the little cover on the bottom, there were 4 10mm bolts holding it on, and the back of the console clipped right into the front part of the console. i have the 40/20/40...I am routing speaker wires for my new sound system...pretty cool sub i just bought...almost all the way installed today, you tx guys will see it if you are at speedzone in oct. thanks for the help guys...I am too much of a perfectionist, my install went great. :D

That's odd, every one I've seen thus far went down to the same bolts as the seat. Huh.

it bolts to the same thing the seats bolt into, but you don't have to take your seats out to lift it out.

oh, you just unbolted the console itself off of it's mounting brackets. I gotcha
