auto dimming/compas mirror wireing

[1998chevy1500]

I am looking at getting a rearview mirror that has the compas and the auto dimming options on them. What wires do I need to connect to it. I know that ir requires a hookup to the reverse wire to keep it from dimming when you back up. And you need a hookup to 12v switched. But what other wires do you need to hook up.

theres some info for you.
If you're gonnna install the mirror, might as well get one with temperature capability too. Sometimes, the sellers of these mirrors will include the temp. sensor. If not, they are readiliy availible at the dealer (pretty cheap). Then you'll just have to run two wires out to the sensor from the mirror.
