in-line fuel pump for 4.3

does anyone know what PSI rating i need for an external fuel pump on my '99 4.3? In my Hayne's manual, it says that the fuel pressure with the key on and engine off should be 60-66 psi. So, does the new pump have to have this as the constant pressure? Would a pump rated at 45 psi work? :help:

61-66psi is the spec. as far as an inline.. it should also produce
50-65gal/hr.
ive found some of these pumps, but they are expensive.

I feel Walbro pumps are bout the best, but that's just me..
