I know I may look like a noobie cause I don't have a high post count, but I have been around this forum for quite some time and learned quite a bit. I took that knowledge and built this monster. I've had her for about 6 months now, but my attention-span when it comes to cars is pretty short so I rarely keep anything for very long cause I always like to work on a new project. As far as the overall condition is concerned, its really not too bad... when I got her she got a really good buff & wax, but it is still original 12 year old paint. There are some small scratches & dings... This truck is not meant to be a show truck, it is for work and/or fun and I think that most people looking at a truck like this would realize that. Mechanically, everything is great. The engine starts right up, no smoke, etc. The tranny was professionaly rebuilt just after I got it and it performs flawlessly as well.

If you are interested in using this truck to tow your car to the track on the weekends, or your boat to the lake, she will handle that great as well! I used this truck on a few occasions to pull my car trailer and she hauled it with ease. This truck is equipped with a class-3 hitch and 7-pin electrical connection and its quite capable to pull for almost all of your needs.

Surprisingly, for how big it is, it's actually very agile on the highway. I was worried it would be too harsh to drive at highway speeds, but she can easily do 90 (where the speedo stops) without breaking a sweat and without feeling out of control. Obviously this is not a race car, but its nice to know you can take it up on the highway for a long trip without any concerns (and the tires are nowhere near as loud as some that I've heard.... with the windows closed on the highway you hardly hear them). I've taken her on several long distance trips myself. And when it comes to going off the pavement, you'll have a hard time getting this beast stuck :D 4x4 engages smoothly and works great.

The asking price is $6,750 I am open to all reasonable offers, however, at this time no trades will be accepted.... I have WAY too many vehicles right now and I'm trying to consolidate back down.

I guess that's about all I can think of for a description, I figured I would put it on a few forums first before I resort to autotrader/ebay. Please email me or post with any questions you may have.

Thanks,
Adam Garrett

i'd be willing to help out alot with meeting you halfway or something?? I am gonna be in real need of a truck real soon let me know

First, I'm nowhere near desperate enough to take $5k. KBB "Private Party" value is more than $5k and that doesn't even take into consideration the modifications, the suspension alone is $1,500... so I think my asking price is reasonably priced.

Second, I'm negotiable... but its going to take something a lot closer to my asking price to have me meet someone half-way to NY.

I could swing $6000 in a month or so if you still have it. Then I'd be getting my fender flares back. :D

I dunno... I'd take $6k but I'd want to keep the fender flares :D I really hope the truck is gone a month from now... but ya never know :(
