FS: 5.3L w/tranny and wiring harness

Gonna try this again

01' 5.3L for sale w/4L60e and Wiring harness (O2 sensor wires were cut, and tranny line cut, but there are only a few wires for each, and I have wiring diagrahms straight from the dealer also)
both have only 14k miles, we're talking Throttle body to oil pan to exhaust, EVERYTHING!

he has a v6 in his truck.. he was gonna do a swap... maybe he doesnt wanna go through the trouble? i doubt anything is wrong with it
