Semi-floating GM 14-bolt

I'm looking for a semi-floating gm 14bolt rear axle. It's the 14 bolt with the 9.5 inch ring gear. Also they have 6 lugs. They came out of light duty 3/4 tons. I want one from a '88-'98 truck. Gear ratio doesn't matter.

Stephen I don't have one for ya. Sorry...but a month or 2 ago there was an article in one of the magazines about swapping a 10-bolt for a 6 lug 14-bolt from ORU. Just thought I'd let you know.
