South of Bismarck ND..
Called the Desert.
OFF AirPort Road, about 5 miles south of U Mary University..
About 10 miles south of Bismarck ND along the Missouri River.
Right along the river...
Over 200 Miles of trails, over 5 large sandbars that connect with small inlets and outlets to run though... large sand drifts... Back in the Trees/woods alot of small off set trails and jumps/tracks/woops for quads, bikes and trucks, along with mudholes.
If you live in the area and havent check it out by now get out there..
There is a boat dock in the entrance with parking fallow the gravel trail back about a mile and let the fun begin... We camp along the riverbank with our trucks, bikes, quads and campers almost everyweekend.. Great place to chill once it gets dark, have a bon fire and drink beer..
:head:
If you are in MN,SD,or MT, even wyoming its worth the trip up for the weekend..
no doubt. :head:
