there are mud-runs in gatesville and in flat .... the person that runs it is a mechanic shop owner in temple ....

There is a park just outside of moody called horseshoe bend (lees bottom). It is on the belton lake. It has many trails although it is illegal to go off the main road.

I usually go down to log jam when I really want to mud ... always alot of holes to get stuck in there ....

My friend has some land just outside of Moody. He took a backhoe and dug out pits and runs to play in, we could all meet out there one weekend but it will have to rain alot first. Get ahold of me and we can all go.

we can go to log jam ..... any one ever been out there?? its pretty fun .... its a park by mother neff state park so you have to take a fishing pole like you are fishing but if you have to cross some serious mud to get to your favorite fishing hole then so be it :} know what I mean .... I got there once every couple of months ..

the guys on here did it .... I sent them like 5 pics I took of my truck and they made a signature for me .... so you know some one that drug out some of thier land to make mud holes huh?? sounds like fun ....

Hey guys, just came across this thread and decided to post in on it. Im in Killeen which is like a 20 minute drive to Temple. Im down for a meet after Thanksgiving. Im driving all the way to Florida in December for leave so Ill play b ut in nothing that can avoid my drive home. Sorry to be a little girl about it but getting a vacation from the Army isnt easy and I aint been home for christmas in a few years. Im all about mudding though. Early January Ill be getting my bonus and Ill be adding a 6inch lift and 35's with the help of DarkEternal and after thats done Ill be looking for mud hardcore. Let me know though whats up with this meet. Im always down for a little sliding around and getting her dirty ya know. BTW, I dont know about the rest of yalls areas but Killeen has had flood warnings for the past few days. Its been non stop rain. Theyve even closed the back trail roads off to military vehicles due to amount of water and mud....hehehe. OMG, im in corsicana right now and its raining on and on. Ive already been out in some and had alot of fun. Its crazy if you can find any really good places. Ive sank down pretty deap but was able to work my way out without my new procomp strap.

Just walking around you sink down a good inch. If your near waco or somethin its a great time to go out and have some fun, but careful its soft out there now.

Oh ok sorry bout that Grant. I just saw it and about whipped an 80mph U'y in the grassy median to catch up and say what up....hahaha. Alright everybodys pretty interested in getting together so how bout this weekand? Id really like Grant and his bad ass looking creation to join up with us, so if your trucks out Grant by this weekand what do you say? I mean this is just a leap in a pond with no paddles, so please if anybody has a differant time state it. Im down for whatever. As long as its before the 17th Im good. I know of some sweet places here but the only problem is youd probably have to dodge M1A2 Abrams and Bradleys plowing down the trails and if thats not enough some good ole Field Artillery rounds wizzing over your head... :clap: :clap: . Haha, yeah but the range control doesnt like seeing guys out there raising hell on ranges. Doesnt go smooth with them and the fines dont go to smooth with you.
