Hypertech power programmerIII and Volant air filters?

Anyone know how good hyperteck power programmers and volant air filters are for 98 chevy fullsize? Any comments would be appreciated -thanks

I have the Hyper and Airraid. Made some difference in seat of the pants. No dyno numbers available, but it makes my Allison shift much harder and holds the shift points to a respectable RPM.

I doubt there is much difference between the air inductions.
