1 BAD BURB

i have come across a deal for a new manifold that will apparently work on my motor. heres what the guy has told me:

I've done a TPI swap into a '96, if you're not afraid of doing some wiring, its not that bad. You'll need to get the wiring for the ends that go to the injectors (I think I still have them), and (gasp!) cut all 16 wires that go into the poppet injector body and splice them to the individual injectors, I used a manual that had a schematic as to which color wire goes to which cylinder. Also need to mod the TPI fuel rail to connect to the lines in your truck, I've got this piece with an adjustable regulator, will hook right up to vortec lines. Also might need to move the ac compressor over to clear the throttle linkage, I modified a stock bracket with 1/2" plate aluminum to clear. Doesn't look pretty, but it's sturdy and it works, just needed a longer belt. I also modified the upper plentum to attach the MAP (?) and another sensor to the underside of the upper plentum. I have the base to fit a TPI to Vortec heads also.
............his next email....
well, I finally went thru and figured out how much I put into the TPI swap, worked good for a couple weeks, but the engine didn't hold up. anyways, I have: Modified fuel rails (paid $220, had to mod myself to make them work, waste of $), Adjustable Press reg ($60), Vortec base ($399, go to SDPC2000.com, look under fuel systems, intake manifolds, SDPC TPI Vortec baseplate. they have the EGR kit too($69.25)), Modified A/C bracket, 24#/hr injectors, the injectors and they are standard Bosch style, you can use any size you need.

soo what do u all think...can this work on my supercharged motor?? can i use Westers chip to tune the motor? i would buy 34# injectors to use as well instead of the 24#.
thoughts...any and ALL feedback is very welcomed!!! PLEASE HELP ME!
TIA
