Escy engine cover

I have it installed on my 99 and it looks awesome...but from the looks of the Air Commander kit I won't be able to use it unless I cut it...and I don't want to do that. It's all three pieces. Escy emblem was removed off of it before I got it and replaced with a steering wheel emblem off of a vette.
